New charitable gaming laws and regulations effective retroactively to July 2022 are detrimental to Veterans' and create significant budget challenges. "The new charitable gaming law and regulations prohibit the use of charitable gaming
funds (video games and pull tabs) for the operation of the canteen, regular payroll,
utilities, and maintenance."
